Many people surrender hamsters for different reasons, we are here to help and support whatever that means.

Our rescue centre assists hamsters and their owners in all situations, including emergency cases. While we do accept surrenders, we view this as a last resort and offer guidance on hamster care to help owners keep their pets.

Please note: that we are currently unable to accept surrenders, but we encourage you to reach out to us if your situation is urgent or requires medical attention. Alternatively, you may choose to wait for space to become available.
